According to Google a housewife is nothing more than a married woman whose main occupation is caring for her family and her home.
I don't have that opinion. I think a housewife is a strong multitasking woman who devotes all of her time in creating safe,warm environment for her family to grow.
Why do I think that?
While the husband,the child or the dog (sometimes all of them together) are still asleep,the day of a ordinary housewife starts early. First of all, she needs to prepare coffee and start making breakfast for everyone. She needs to clean up the table from the mess her children or husband made last night at the dinner and set up the meal for this morning. While doing that she is preparing her child or husband's bag for preschool,school or work.
They finally woke up and the chaos has begun.
Mom,where is my underwear? Mom,where are my books? Honey,where are my socks? I don't have anything to wear! She doesn't want to get out of the toilet! I hate you all ! (Especially if you live with teenagers). The dog is hungry,the cat is meowing. Million questions that she needs to answer,million answers she needs to give to everyone and all of this is expected not from anyone else but the housewives.
Everyone leaves the house. Now it's her time.
She is now cleaning the kitchen,the bedrooms,the bathroom,the living room; she is arranging the garage,washing laundry,preparing dinner,mopping the floor,decorating backyard,going in the store,making phone calls and organizing her kids time and parents time. Now she needs to take the dog out on for a walk and after she finishes with all of that, it's time to take a bath in peace.
After short relaxation,it is again time for everyone to come home and the obligations start again. Usually , she is serving the dinner and call her best friend for some juicy gossips. After that everyone is quiet,it's movie time or family games night.
Don't worry,we know about your fights with yourself. About the questions that you asked yourself every night before bed. Is it wrong to be just a housewife? Are everyone happy and pleased? Did i forget something? Did i turned of the iron? Am i okay? Are the bills paid? Has everyone done their homework? Is the alarm on? I want you to know that housewife is never just a housewife,she is Superwoman.

This is my perspective of one ordinary day of a strong independent woman, who is holding the household and the world on her shoulders.
